First, weld a short section with a flange (or threaded) valve under pressure on the equipment or pipeline. Then, connect the pressure tapping machine to the flange valve and open the valve. Next, bring the pressure tapping tool into contact with the equipment and pipeline that need to be tapped through the valve. Finally, enter the cavity formed by the connection of the short section, the valve, and the pressure tapping machine to the base. According to the design pressure of the pipeline to be drilled, carry out pressure testing and air tightness testing. After the pressure test is qualified and approved, rotate the tool to make holes on the corresponding equipment and pipeline. After the hole is successfully made, withdraw the tool and the U-shaped pipe wall brought out by the hole, and withdraw into the space of the pressure-tapping machine chassis outside the valve. Then close the valve, release the pressure of the pressure-tapping machine and disassemble the pressure-tapping machine The pressure tapping was successful.
